A Life Forged in
Two Worlds
Born in a small village on the foothills of the Italian Alps, Walter Gjergja spent his formative years developing a dual passion that most would see as contradictory: elite martial arts and rigorous academic and business ambition. By his mid-twenties he had distinguished himself in both arenas simultaneously.
On the corporate side: co-founder and CEO of a publicly listed company by 27. On the practice side: two decades of immersive stays at the Shaolin Temple in China, culminating in formal ordination as a 32nd Generation Warrior Monk — the first non-Chinese disciple of his generation, ordained by Grand Master Shi De Yang.
Rather than choose between these worlds, Walter spent the following decades building the bridge between them — a framework for human performance, longevity, and health that draws from both traditions at their deepest level, validated by science and field-tested across thirty countries.
Today he advises and co-founds health and fitness companies, coaches senior executives, speaks to thousands on the global stage, and brings the same rare authority to every engagement: someone who has not just studied human performance and longevity, but has lived it profoundly — for four decades.
